Community Development – AFFORDABLE HOUSING

The Neighborhood Stabilization Program is a project funded by HUD. The North Nashville Consortium, which consists of JUMP, CDC, 15th Avenue Baptist Church, CDC, New Level, CDC and Be a Helping Hand Foundation, received three million dollars to acquire and rehab 36 homes. This grant represents 10% of the federal money that was given to Nashville. All of the homes have been rented to families needing quality, affordable housing.
